About Viktor Vaynshteyn
The future of Hallandale Beach is in our hands.
Biography
For nearly 20 years, Viktor Vaynshteyn has proudly called Hallandale Beach home. A U.S. citizen, patriot, devoted father of three, and longtime community member, Viktor understands the challenges facing our city because he lives them every day.
Born in Ukraine in April 1970, Viktor came to America believing in the values that make this country strong: honesty, hard work, accountability, and opportunity for all. Today, he brings more than 30 years of experience in construction and construction project management to the table, including extensive experience managing major projects and preparing condominium budgets exceeding $15 million.
Our city stands at an important moment. Many of our condominium buildings are now more than 40 years old and require significant renovations and repairs: projects that cost millions of dollars and directly affect the safety, finances, and quality of life of our residents.
That is why integrity in local government matters. For years, Viktor has fought against corruption and abuse within condominium associations. He believes that those entrusted with managing our communities must be transparent, accountable, and committed to serving residents, not special interests.
Viktor stands firmly in support of Israel and Ukraine, and believes in the values of freedom, democracy, and strong communities.
This election is about more than one candidate. It is about the kind of city we want to build together: a city where public officials are honest, a city where residents come first, and a city where government works for the people.
Family first
Viktor is a devoted father of three. Family is the reason this city matters to him: the schools his kids grew up around, the streets they walk, the building his family calls home.
Every decision made at City Hall, from taxes and assessments to flooding and safety, lands on families like his and like yours. That is the test he will apply to every vote.
Values
Affordability
Government should make life easier for working families and seniors, not more expensive.
Transparency
Public money deserves public scrutiny, in plain language and in three languages.
Community
Our strength is our diversity. Everyone deserves a city hall that listens.
On Election Day, vote for Viktor Vaynshteyn for City Commissioner, because Hallandale Beach deserves leadership.
Together, we can move Hallandale Beach forward. Together, we can demand accountability. Together, we can defeat corruption.
