We use your information only to communicate with you about the campaign, respond to your requests, coordinate volunteering and events, and meet legal or campaign-finance reporting requirements where applicable. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the campaign or where required by law.

Donations

Donations are processed by WinRed. We do not collect or store any payment or financial information on this website. Please review WinRed's own privacy policy for details about payment processing. Florida law requires certain contributor information to be reported to election authorities.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. This service may set cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use advertising trackers.

Email & text messages

If you give us your email or phone number, we may contact you with campaign updates. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us. We will not send you messages you have opted out of.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Forms include spam protection. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
